Exam tips
The GCSE exam assesses your knowledge and understanding of key psychological theories and studies.
You need to try and learn the key studies for each topic.
Read the questions carefully as it will tell you which part(s) of the studies it wants you to write about.
In 6 mark questions that ask you to describe and evaluate, you will get 3 marks for describing and 3 for evaluation - so ensure you leave space for your evaluation.
In questions that give you a scenario - read this carefully as it will contain clues that will help you to answer the questions.
